This plan includes specific actions, standards, and progression checkpoints designed to reinforce consistency and professional growth.
Once the 90‑day period is completed, coaches will take the online final exam. Certification depends on two components:
1. Course Attendance & Participation
Coaches must attend the full 8‑hour training and actively participate in drills, simulations, corrections, and group work. Engagement during the session is essential to qualify for certification.
2. Final Online Exam
The exam evaluates understanding and application of the method, standards, and coaching systems taught during the training. To pass, coaches must achieve a minimum score of 70%.
Only coaches who meet both requirements — participation + exam score — will receive the Excellence in Virtuosity Certification.
